The Holding Redlich fitout was highly detailed—elaborate specification and first-class finishes. It had to be delivered to a compressed construction program, in a very busy location.
With Hammersmith, you don’t even know they’re there. They do a very good job of managing the interface with the building occupants and the public. They look ahead and plan carefully. They’re very good at collaborating and communicating. For us, that’s the only way to deliver projects.

Levels 1 & 3, 300 Queen Street, Brisbane
Hammersmith was recommended to Holding Redlich by building manager Jones Lang LaSalle and our client Russells Law, based on the successful delivery of our prior collaboration at 300 Queen Street.
The project involved the complete fitout of the firm’s new space on level three, the refurbishment of their existing space on level one, and some upgrading of an external deck at the rear of the building.
Works were carefully planned and delivered within and around the client’s live work environments on levels one and two. Specialised fittings, such as switchable glass panel walling, required careful management to accommodate long lead times and delicate installation.
The project was delivered on schedule and budget to the satisfaction of the client, designer and building manager. Holding Redlich now makes a commanding presence over three levels at 300 Queen Street.
